Celeriac - also called 'celery root' and a wonder of fall vegetables. See all the celeriac recipes but I especially recommend the French homely favorite, celeriac rémoulade.

NEW!
Parsnips - another great fall vegetable. See all the parsnip recipes but I especially love my cousin's recipe for parsnip fries.

NEW!
Cabbage See all the cabbage recipes. There are a lot of recipes there, it's hard to pick just one favorite. But think about the Finnish specialty Caraway Cabbage or another from a Canadian neighbor, Cape Breton Cabbage.

NEW!
Fresh Coriander Seed There's no 'category' for coriander seed but there are numerous recipes using it. Just search on 'coriander' in the Search Box at the top.

Salad Greens See all the recipes using lettuce and other salad greens, plus, do you know how to make salad dressing?

Pac Choi - I think -- yes, Natalie? - that Pac Choi is another spelling of bok choy, so check the Bok Choy recipes for ideas (or check the 'Chinese cabbage recipes' at Wolf Pine Farm)

Broccoli - See all the broccoli recipes. My favorite broccoli recipe on the site is Broccoli with Pancetta & Parmesan but I recently remade this BBQ Oriental (don't be put off by the name, it's grilled vegetables) and it was delicious.

Tomatoes - Check the tomato recipes. To carry tomatoes into winter, don't miss out on slow-roasted tomatoes.

Garlic - Presumably, you'll have no trouble using up fresh garlic. But if you've not had it before, what a treat you're in for! I do really recommend the garlicky beans, however.
